Your Job Profile as a AI Chatbot Developer

We are seeking an AI Chatbot Developer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio ( MS Power virtual agent), Azure AI Studio, MS Power Automate Flow, and Python programming. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots, integrating them with REST APIs and leveraging the LangChain library for advanced NLP tasks.

Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role

Develop AI chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio.
Integrate chatbots with external systems via REST APIs, ensuring secure authentication management.
Utilize the LangChain Python library for advanced Natural Language Processing capabilities.
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement chatbot solutions.
Monitor and optimize chatbot performance through testing and refinement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field B. Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

You must have

Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio.
Knowledge of integrating REST APIs and secure authentication (OAuth 2.0).
Familiarity with handling JSON format and parsing data from JSON.
Understanding of the LangChain Python library for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Familiarity with Vector Databases, LLM (Azure OpenAI), and Embedding models.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience in building dashboards to visualize chatbot performance.
Integration of chatbots with various channels.
Previous experience of 3+ years in developing and deploying chatbots in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD for chatbot deployment.
