Your Job Profile as a Presales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our technology solutions across Digital transformation, Cloud, Data, RPA, AI/ML, Generative AI, Enterprise ADMS/AMS, articulating their value proposition to potential clients, and assisting in the sales process by providing technical expertise. You will collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to drive successful customer engagements and contribute to revenue growth across multiple enterprises such as Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI, O & G, Logistics & more.


Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role

Technical Expertise:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology solutions, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

  • Good understanding of Digital transformation, Cloud, Data, RPA, AI/ML technologies.

  • Understanding of business process and heat-maps across enterprises.

  • Proposal Development & Bid Management.

  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create detailed proposals ( Word, PPT, Excel, Google docs etc) and RFP responses that align with client needs and demonstrate technical feasibility.

  • Cost Estimations & Activities plan leveraging Excel & other tools.

  • Articulate the value proposition of our solutions, focusing on how they address client pain points and deliver quantifiable benefits.

  • Bid Management from lead qualification, submission to closure.

  • SoW Creations across various models ( T&M, Fixed Bid etc).

  • Contract creations.

Collaboration & Assessment:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, Delivery , Competencies, to ensure cohesive communication and alignment of goals.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges, translating them into technical solutions using our products and services.

  • Solution & Proposal Presentations.

  • Work closely with the sales team to participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.

  • Create proposal presentations.

  • Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our solutions to prospective clients, tailoring presentations to their specific needs.

  • Demos & Proof of Concept (PoC).

  • Collate the solution demos and logistics for customers.

  • Lead the design and execution of proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of our solutions and validate their suitability for client requirements.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.), advanced degree is a plus.

Location

  • Gurgaon (Work from Office/ Hybrid mode)

You must have

  • Proven experience in a technology pre-sales role in Healthcare (Payer, Pharma, Providers, Med Devices), Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, BFSI and Shared services (HR, Administrative, F&A etc).

  • Strong technical background with expertise in the relevant technology domains.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements.

  • Familiarity with sales processes, including proposal development and client engagement.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as required.
