Your Job Profile as a DevOps Engineer (AWS/Docker/Kubernetes)

We are looking for a DevOps engineer who knows Docker inside and out. They will be responsible for defining and implementing our containerization technology strategies. They will also design our architecture and define our roadmap. The candidate will work on building, scaling, and monitoring various highly complex applications of ours, and making our container orchestration cluster highly available.

Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role

Experience with architecture, building, and operating highly automated and containerized Cloud infrastructure
Designing, deploying, and maintaining Kubernetes and Docker-based architectures on public cloud
Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, GitLab, or Jenkins.
Experience in Container technologies; ECS, Docker and Kubernetes
Good knowledge on Linux Administration/System Management/Automation skills
Create and deploy Kubernetes clusters on different cloud environments , especially in AWS EKS
Build and implement CI/CD pipelines
Experience with implementing complex deployment using AWS Cloud Formation, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible etc.
Performing application deployments on Kubernetes cluster.
Managing Kubernetes storages (PV, PVC, Storage Classes, Provisioners)
Kubernetes Networking (Services, Endpoints, DNS, Load Balancers)
Experience in Docker orchestration and Docker containerization using Kubernetes.
Good Knowledge in Shell and Python scripting

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field

4 - 10 Years

You Must Have

4+ years of experience with any of the mentioned Cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, GCP
3+ years with containerization of applications - Docker. This includes creation of containers, images and their YAMLs.
2+ years with orchestration platform - Kubernetes. Creation and management experience in at-least 1 of these - Vanilla Kubernetes, GKE, AKS, EKS
Linux hands-on along with its commands
