Your Job Profile as a Business Analyst - LIMS

As a Business Analyst (LIMS), you will be responsible for: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and understand LIMS program business requirements. Establish a systematic approach to categorize and prioritize requests, aligning with program objectives.


Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand product strategy in order to document business and functional requirements.

  • Take customer business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for implementation.

  •  Strong Experience in LIMS.

  • Document and maintain the documentation with usability guides, process flows, and detailed requirements.

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that epics and user stories are appropriately defined, the work is organized to Agile standards, and includes well written acceptance criteria.

  • Participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint demos, and retrospectives along with owning and running backlog refinement meetings.

  • Prioritize tasks and bugs for upcoming sprints and refine the product backlog based off knowledge of Stakeholder/Product Manager s needs.

  • Create, maintain, and manage epics and user stories based on requirements (in Jira/Confluence).

  • Review QA test cases to ensure proper coverage of application use-cases

  • Work with the Agile team throughout the product development, testing, and implementation phases to ensure requirements are clearly understood.

  • Perform initial screening of newly developed features to ensure they were built according to the design specifications and that implementation meets business needs.

  • Work with collaboration tools used by team (Jira/Confluence, Slack, etc).


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field

Location

  • Remote

You must have

  • Understanding of BIO-Pharma business and must have worked in the same in

    past.

  • Sound understanding of payer and provider business.

  • Should be able to find out and share best business practices and KPI to help customer.

  • Must have strong experience in LIMS.

  • Excellent communication.
