Your Job Profile as a Flowable BPM Engineers

Looking for a Flowable developer/lead. You will work on development of solutions based on Flowable, and technologies like Java/Spring Boot/Angular. You will work as an automation expert in a highly dynamic team of product managers and developers and work with the team to evaluate criteria and determine procedures and methods.

You will lead the definition and/or implementation of new features or products, technical strategies, development standards, configurations – and ensuring overall team success.

Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role

Assist and deliver project modules leveraging offshore project team.
Interact and work closely with offshore project team.
Participate in Architectural activities and design the entire Flowable/Camunda/JBPM platform including user interfaces for human activities and process portal.
Technical Development with Workflow and Rule Engine
Design, develop and implement complex web-based applications using J2EE technologies.
Configure process routing and Business Object configuration.
Own and deliver projects/modules being part of a project team.
Interact and work closely with other technical members.
Should be able to independently understand the requirements from BA and able to design the flows in process designer.
Design the interface between the process steps and the external system using standard services.
Implementing head-less BPM implementation would be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field.

You must have

Exceptional Flowable skills and hands-on experience implementing business process management systems.
Experience with complete BPM implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
Over 3+ years of experience in Flowable/Camunda/JBPM.
Experience with other BPM products (e.g., Camunda, Activity, Appian others).
Deep understanding of Flowable open-source architecture.
Knowledge of Flowable Open-source Modeler, Admin & IDM.
Knowledge of CMMN, BPMN, DMN Standard.
Knowledge of Microservice architecture.
Use of build-and-test tools like Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Junit, Mockit beneficial.
Self-motivated who has experience in all phases of development (analysis, design, coding and unit testing).
